I received my Fitbit 6 months ago and this week I noticed lines running across the screen and disrupting the display. I tried the 15 second restart and it didn’t change anything. Then yesterday my Fitbit shut down and will not turn back on. It does not charge and the button has no response.

@AlejandraFitbit thank you. I followed the link to the post and followed the instructions there. I tried plugging in the device and doing the 15 second restart multiple times and my device never vibrated and never turned on. No matter what I try it still will not turn on again.
