So I’ve had my charge 3 for just over a year now and has been working fine. Took my kid swimming the other day and noticed it stoped working. Have tried rebooting it with the charger but no luck. Just vibrates for a few seconds but nothing on the screen???
Any ideas??

Hi @Marky81 The only other thing you can try is a Long restart. If that doesnt help it sounds like it has died. Contact Support and see if they can help. Fitbit Support
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

I've had mine just over a year also and have the same problem. Screens been black for 2 days and tried everything. Contacted customer support and since it's over ther year mark, they won't replace it. Instead they give a 20% discount towards another watch. Same exact thing happened with my alta HR, so I purchased the charge 3 for 20% off. There seems to be a trend here!! There have been numerous complaints of the black screen even with new users. It's an obvious issue on their end, a bug that they should be responsible for fixing. Sorry but I'm not gonna spend hundreds of dollars every year on these watches. Something needs to be done
