My Charge 3 wont turn on. Its just a black screen it used to have black lines running across the screen making it difficult to read the time. It still makes the vibrating sound when you press the side button but it stays as a black screen. I've had it nearly 10 months and its never been in water. I've tried the normal restart process and the long restart and there’s no change... please help 😞
