Charge 3 won't turn on

Hi there,

I didn’t wear my Fitbit for a week & the battery was dead. I put it into charge & when it came on the time was wrong. I pressed the reboot button and it turned off, but would not turn back on. I put it in the USB cable connected to power & the smiley face appears but then turns off again.

I have tried to get the smiley face & disconnect it & then reconnect it again but then it still doesn’t come on. Any advise would be appreciated!

Thanks in anticipation

Hi, thanks for the reply. I tried the 15 second & the Fitbit vibrates and a smiley face appears but then goes blank again. I can’t connect it to Bluetooth at all to change clock face.

I have done everything that you have suggested:

I have cleaned with rubbing alcohol

i have used a different USB plug in

I have followed all the prompts

it still only vibrates very little & smiley face comes on for a few seconds & then off again.
