First, the heart rate monitor was reading high. Didn't bother me since I used it mostly for steps. Everything the was extra but I got this one because I wanted to be able to wear it in the shower and swimming. Plus, I sweat a ton.

 

Then the screen started flickering on bright and dim, then bright again, and so on. It drained the battery more quickly. Finally, the screen stopped working all together. I put it on the charger and it'll give a short vibration. If I press the button, it vibrates nonstop.

Help!

If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After it turns on, keep an eye on it and see if your information is being accurate.

Already tried! I also started a Twitter conversation and attempted to
address battery issues. We'll see what the next step is!
