Charge 3 won't turn on

Hi,

I hope reaching out helps or someone can steer me in the right direction. I bought a Charge 3 in 2019 and I love it but I wore it in the shower the other day and it has been just useless for the last few days.

 

I rely on this thing for everything, sleep, diet, workouts, etc. I tried resetting the clock face and restarting countless times and nothing will work. I know Fitbit advertises it's safe for wet workouts and showers but mine just wont work now. All it does is vibrate when you touch it. Can someone please help?
