Hi!
I cannot get the screen to turn on, or even to feel vibrations when I plug in the device. I tried the long restart and various other ways to get it to turn on but nothing works. When I tried to change the clock face as some people suggest, my device won't sync, likely because the battery is dead by now! Please help!
