This is the third Charge 3 I have gotten in 2 years. It started dying randomly last week even though it was fully charged. It worked for a couple days and then just stopped working.
I thought it was dead again although I had charged it fully a couple days prior. I put it back on the charger and since then it has not turned back on. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing. The green light at the back doesn’t come on, the screen is black, and the side button doesn’t vibrate when it’s held down or pressed.
Anyone have a solution to this? This is really getting annoying having to go through this every couple months.

I am sorry for the delay in response, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

I have tried this several times and it still hasn’t turned on. It doesn’t even vibrate when I put it in the charger m.
