Hi lovely people. So I have had the usual Issues, frozen screen and such but it now won't turn on at all. No lights, no screen, won't sync, vibrates randomly, then when I try to restart it just vibrates continuously. Any suggestions?

I am sorry for the delay in response, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. 

Now about the issue with your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
