Hi Community

 

I got my Charge 3 in Christmas and have faced a problem multiple times. I noticed that my Charge 3 screen does not turn on when I am in a little bit chilly environment (definitely over 0 degrees Celsius, so it is in the acceptable range).

 

I need to connect it to the charging plug and press and hold the button for several seconds. Then a smiley face will appear and the screen gets back online. Does anyone know why I face this problem over and over?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue.

 

If your Charge 3 isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
