My Charge 3 started off with the screen being non responsive with a gray screen and black line running through it. I could at the time still see the time and it gave me my heart rate.

 

I restarted it several times both soft and hard reboots. Then a few days ago the screen went black with no function at all. When I plugged it into the charger and synced with my tablet it said 89% battery. When taking it out of the charger it dies. No life at all.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and confirm you have followed the steps provided there.
