Charge 3 won't turn on

I want to reuse my Fitbit after 8 months in a closet. Connected it to the charger without result. No Fitbit logo, no battery indicator, just black screen. Tried the reboot with 8-12 seconds, tried turn it off with 15 seconds and reconnect, but I can't get anything else but black screen. It does react to the button, when pressed it vibrates, but otherwise no results. Any suggestions?

Same thing is happening to me. After not using it since June, I went to use my Charge 3 on Friday. Left it on the charger overnight, didn't charge. Did all the battery troubleshooting, tried all the restart methods, left it on the charger overnight again... Didn't charge. Black screen, no green light underneath, and it does nothing other than buzz if I hold the button down while it's on the charger. Really frustrated, since I bought this less than a year ago.

Thanks for the reply but it was nothing I could help, turns out a fitbit can malfunction after being unused over a while. 

 

Send it in for repair, unrepairable, got a new one.

Contact your reseller. It's a hardware malfunction, if you still have a warranty they will replace it.
