Charge 3 won't turn on

Yesterday I tried to charge my Fitbit Charge 3 before it got too low. It was fully functional, though a little low on battery at the time, no errors or issues. I put it on the charger and when I checked back to remove it (around 40 minutes later) the device seemed to be dead-dead.

No lights, no response, and would not restart even though it was still connected to power. For two days I have been attempting a restart (about 150 attempts now) and tried leaving it alone both on the charger for a few hours and off, hoping for a refresh on it's own. Sometimes it gives no feedback (as if dead), sometimes I get a smiley face that comes and goes, sometimes I get a bar moving across the center of the screen (as if 'loading'), and sometimes it freezes with the Fitbit logo and '001' on the screen and will not stop vibrating until I unplug it (over 20 minutes!).

Again, device was fully functional before I placed it on the charger yesterday, and now it suddenly has 4 different errors happening at once and does not work/reset. (This is the third Fitbit I've had that lasted just barely over a year and completely died out of nowhere. I'm getting really tired of the annual replacement.)

It's great to see you around, @AKSowka.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else.
