Charge 3 won't turn on

My Charge 3 has stopped completely, nothing on screen and won't vibrate. I have followed all the restart suggestions but they don't work. I've had to restart it about 6 times since new (17 months old). Please help.  Emailed Fitbit direct but had no response.
