Charge 3 won't turn on

I went swimming on Wednesday for a little over an hour with grandkids. Since then my fitbit has not worked correctly.  I have done numerous  resets and have gotten the screen to work correctly. The battery will not hold a charge,  at this time.   I have only had the charge three since December.
