Charge 3 won't turn on

My charge 3 was acting funny; would randomly vibrate, go to the notifications screen, didn’t let me move screen to screen. I let it die, recharged, tired the reset steps I read in the community forum and it worked for about 30-45 minutes.

Shortly after it worked it went back to acting up. I ignored it because I was not close to my charger and eventually the screen looked encrypted and finally just stopped showing anything that made sense on the screen. I plugged it back in and all I get is vibrating but nothing on the screen. Help! Please
