Charge 3 won't turn on

My Charge 3 started vibrating whilst charging and flashed up with 101 and the Fitbit logo. I tried resetting it and at first the smiley face came up but then wouldn’t do anything else. I’ve also tried hard resetting it but nothing happens.

 

There are no flashing green lights, it will not sync with my phone and I can not get any response other than when I plug it in to charge it vibrates as a broken solid line appears across the screen 😪 Any ideas how I can get it going again, I really can not afford a new one right now.
