Charge 3 won't turn on

Ok so today I went for my normal run 5k, when finished I notice my fitbit only gave me a total of 13 active mins when it should have given me 35 active. Tried re syncing, logged in an out of app etc nothing helped. Carried on with my day and thought I'd check to see my progress and my charge 3 is now not doing anything at all, no green lights flashing on back and nothing on the screen.

 

The battery was fully charged as I re charged it the night before. Have tried connecting it to the charge cable but still nothing happens, no lights no vibration, nothing. Please help has my fit bits life come to an end it's only 1 and half year old
