Charge 3 won't turn on

Dear, I already sent an email, but I got no response. My Fitbit has been black for a week, even after charging. Nor does he vibrate anymore. Sometimes the clock comes up very lightly, but is barely visible.

 

I tried everything I find on the Fitbit site, but to no avail. I've been waiting seven days. 7 days without Fitbit is long! Someone who can help? Thanks

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
