My fitbit Charge 3 died a couple days ago, but since my phone was also broken at the time and I couldn't sync it anyway, I decided to not even bother charging it until I had a new phone to pair it with.
Today I tried charging my fitbit again and it is just completely unresponsive. There's no vibration when I connect it - and I know it's connected properly because I've disconnected and reconnected it several times. Have also had this fitbit for about a year now, and another one before that so I know how to properly plug it in.
I've tried resetting it as well by holding down the button for 15 seconds while it's plugged in, but again, it is just completely unresponsive. Blank screen, no vibrations, can't reset. And all I did was leave it dead and uncharged for 3 days.
