Hi,
My Charge 3 screen is black, it vibrates when I press the button and still logs my steps etc. I have tried a normal restart and a long restart multiple times and it still is not working.
I would appreciate further help with this, it seems to be effecting a lot of people.

Hi @Sammieginder, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I’ve just tried changing the clock face and it’s still not working. I tested it out with a few with no luck.
Is there anything else I can try? I’ve only had it just over a year so I’m reluctant to buy a new one.
