Brand new charge 3 won't turn on. Tried the reset advised for the blank screen but still doesn't work. Can't change the clock face as it won't pair to the app. Sometimes it will vibrate when I push the button but not always.

Hi @dhumphreys, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 is not even pairing to the app, I'd like to know if your tracker vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Charge 3 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
