This is my second Charge 3 in less than 2 years. The first time, it randomly turned off and would not turn back on, even after troubleshooting. It was still under warranty at the time and I was sent a refurbished Charge 3 within a few weeks of troubleshooting with support. Now for the second time my Charge 3 has stopped working. This time, the screen started glitching and freezing. Then white vertical lines showed up and the screen continued to flash on and off and freeze. Then it completely died. I tried fully charging it and it never would turn back on. I am not happy with Fitbit products. It is unfortunate that for something that cost what these products do, they don't last more than a year (barely 6 months on my first one!)

To better assist you with situation, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
