Charge 3 won't turn on

Dear Sirs, Charge 3 is not turning on, not syncing. rebooting does not work and there is a continuous white line across screen. I have used all the troubleshooting suggesting on various forums.

please advise.

Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. If your tracker isn't responding, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there. If the device isn't syncing, follow the ones in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
