Where can I get my Charge 3 watches repaired? They are both screen dead, completely, and I tried ALL self fixes, updates, etc. Does anyone know where I can get one repaired? Thank you.

Hi @DianeK16, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 trackers won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Regarding your question, I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center. However, we can go ahead and help you and provide some troubleshooting steps that have been helpful for this type of issues.
I'd just like to know if your trackers vibrate when you put it on the charger. Also, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to avoid providing the same information.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your trackers for 2-3 hours and see if they come back to life.
Looking forward to your response.

Hello Juan. Thank you for your response. I have tried and retried all your suggestions. Including two others I have read about. Putting them on the charger for over 30 minutes (and much more) then pressing the side button for both the 8 and 15 second trick. Nothing happened except for vibrations.. They are fully charged as the lights light up on back when held, but the screen just won't turn on. The screens initially became striated and then the screens looked like they were closing in, and then eventually went black. If worn, they still work since the app does update their data. Is there anywhere I can send them off for repair after the warranty has been expended? Thank you
