I can't find how to make changes to my charge 3. Can't get the screen to come on. iPhone app tells me charge 3 synced just a few minutes ago. The watch is 100% charged. I pinch & tap and nothing wakes my tracker up. Can someone please help?

@knotafake Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend making sure your device's firmware is updated: How do I update my Fitbit device? You can also try restarting the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
