Hi,

My Charge 3 has been working fine until suddenly when I was pressing the power side button it was black and not turning on. I charged it and put it in rice to soak out any possible water and when I powered it on it was fully charged and the Fitbit sign flashed so I thought it was working so I wore it for like 5min then when I pressed the side button it would not turn on was still black so I went to charge it and it said it was dead It has been 3 days and I have been doing the exact same thing even trying to reboot it, nothing.
