My Charge 3 has been "dead" and hadn't been charged since December. I charged it yesterday and then after a couple hours the screen went black and won't turn on even if I charge it. How do I get it to start working again?

Hello @clements, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting!
