My Charge 3 won't turn on and the last time it did, the screen was dead. Now when I plug it in, the screen still doesn't light up and there are no vibrations when I press the button on the side. Just seems completely dead. Please help.

Not sure if this may be a screen issue or a battery one so I suggest you restart your tracker. You can also follow these instructions to help your device charge.

Thanks for these charging tips. I've tried these and then I tried to restart it, but the side button is unresponsive and the screen is still dark.
