I have just received a secondhand charge 3 ( Sister got a new one and was nice enough to gift it to me, yay!) and tried to reset the watch.
I went into settings and cleared the data. but now, the watch will not turn on. I tried resetting but it's not helping. I see the smiley face, but then nothing. I have not been able to add it to my Fitbit profile... And don't know how to do so... HELP!!
