Charge 3 won't turn on

Yesterday my charge 3 started blinking and vibrating to change the do not disturb, screen wake option.  It would  sync to my phone to change the clock face to see if that would fix it, but it did not fix the issue . I put it on the charger to see if that would reset everything and now today it won't sync nor turn on.

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3 and you can complete this, by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If that doesn't work, please perform a long restart. A long restart is different than the basic one and you can complete it by following the steps below: 

1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
4. The device turns off.
5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

After this, please test your Charge 3 and if it turns on but it still refuses to sync, please check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
