My charge 3 was working just fine and then I plugged it in but when I took it off the charger, it is just vibrating but the screen won't turn on. When I go to the app, it is still synced and tracking my heart rate and sleep hours but hasn't turned on for two weeks now. Thought to wait for the battery to die but it is still fully charged after two weeks. This is the second Fitbit to do this. First one got glitch lines in it after only owning for 2 and a half years still vibrates as well but won't turn on is is pitch black. This one has only been a year and a half and is broken already

Please, sync your device one more time: with your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and tap Today. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
Now, please change the clock face as indicated in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
