I'm trying to set up my replacement Charge 3. The charge 3 is paired with my phone and laptop and syncs with both. It told me that it needed to update which I tried to do, however it failed.
My Charge 3 now has a horizontal line across the screen and won't do anything else.
I've had several issues with the charge 3, with this being the second replacement.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Regarding the firmware update issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains a restart process, which is helpful for the screen issue. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
