Charge 3 won't vibrate for notifications

Ever since the last update I have noticed that my charge three does not vibrate when I get calls or when I get text like it used to and the screen on my charge three doesn’t even have that option to have notifications anymore.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 is not vibrating when you receive call or text notifications. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I understand your concern and I am here to help. I recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?
