Charge 3 won't vibrate when I get notifications

I did the latest update that came out 1/29/21, but my Charge 3 won't vibrate. I have logged out, restarted my phone,  turned bluetooth off & on,  and it still doesn't work.  Any other ideas? That's one of my biggest reasons for having the Fitbit.

Hi @Alicya if your Charge 3 receives notifications, the problem is on your tracker.

Have you checked your settings to maske sure that the tracker is not in its DND mode. I believe the setting will be found in the Fitbit app.

Hi there - yes, I double-checked to make sure I'm not in DND mode, but I still get nothing.

@Alicya Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with this. Is your tracker getting notifications? Is it just not vibrating even if it is receiving them? Check your phone's privacy settings, if the phone itself is in the Do not Disturb mode or Silent mode then your tracker may not vibrate. Also thank you for checking the internal Do not Disturb mode on the tracker itself as @Rich_Laue mentioned.

I look forward to your reply.
