Charge 3 won't vibrate with notifications, alarms etc.

My charge 3 is no longer vibrating with notifications, alarms, etc. I have tried multiple trouble shooting tips and nothing has worked so far and I ensured DND or Sleep mode were not on. When I change the vibration strength in settings or plug it in to charge, it does not vibrate which makes me think something is wrong with the vibration motor. I also tried the long restart which did not make a difference. Looking for any other suggestions! Thank you in advance.
