Charge 3 won't work and has black screen

My Charge 3 fitbit won't work.  Black screen have tried all the suggested tips about restarting, re-charging, changing clock face etc.  Still getting a black screen and now no green light. Any ideas?

Hi, 

I am having the same problem.  I just got a charge 3, and no matter how many times I restart my phone, internet, bluetooth and fitbit app it just doesn't sync or update.  Could you please help me as well.
