This past week my Charge 3 has been acting up. I noticed the battery was low and so I went to charge it as usual. It was at 30% left, and left it for a bit to charge. Time goes by and I see it at around 100% but not there, so I decide it's fine and proceed to wear it to bed. The next day, I find out that it's completely dead again and won't start up. I've tried the reset for 15 seconds multiple times, and it only did it once. It hasn't displayed the smiling sign on reset ever since that time and won't turn on anymore, and I think it just won't charge anymore. I've also tried the clock face change, but of course you can't change anything if it's dead. I haven't even had this for a full year yet and it already went bad...

Hi @JuanFitbit, thanks for linking me the tips page. A little update on after I posted. So that day, I had left it to charge and it finally turned on after a couple hours. It wasn't catching a charge after 30 minutes, so I left it to maybe get a charge. I can reset it using the charger and holding for 15 seconds now at least. However, yesterday and today I noticed that the HR monitor isn't working anymore. All the fitbit displays is the heart and two dashes now. The light underneath the watch for it doesn't turn on anymore either. This leads me to believe that this problem may be related to the fitibit not wanting to charge, or rather taking hours on end to even get a charge. I'm thinking it may be a power issue with the battery possibly.

A little update. So from last night to this morning, my fitbit has died once again. I went to bed with it at 90% to it being dead again, and won't turn on again.

I've tried everything to fix my charge 3 and it is still not charging. I got this as a Christmas gift last week and was working fine until it shows it has low battery. I've cleaned and used different kind of wall chargers, and nothing seem to work.
