Hi there, ever since i received my replacement Charge 3, nothing is working properly. wont let me sync, won't let me track my sleep, cant change clock face.
I am so frustrated!!!!
And nobody helping me??
Please, can someone help me figure this out. Why have it if it is not working, , have not had it a year yet

that i am not sure of, but i have been able to add water and food, nothing else

Now my fitbit is losing time. I have tried to reboot, restart, and still is not recording the correct time.
Not sure what to do next
