Charge 3 wont show miles or distance for activities

I'm having an issue with my charge 3. It will show collective miles for the day but not per a specific activity like running or walking. Can anyone help?

My problem is that I cannot change the kilometers or miles for the single exercise (such as bicycling). It sets it as 1.7km and I try to change it to 9.7km - after saving it’s back at 1.7km.
