Hi i came across interesting problem. my Charge 3 watch only partly sucessfully sync my activities. It was able to sync and track my steps, calories but UNable to sync and record my exercise and sleep history in my mobile apps.
Does anyone have any issue ? i have tried rebooting my device but not having any luck

I cannot seem to get my charge 3 to properly sync either. Even the time is wrong. I’ve tried everything. Very frustrating.

Same here. Restarted Fitbit, restarted Bluetooth, reset Fitbit, deleted app. Nothing is working.

Same here, nothing but trouble with my charge 3 .
I wish i never bought it and stick with my charge 2 instead.

Ive been having the same issue. Its happened twice. Stayed on line with customer rep for more than 1 hour trying to solve the time issue

I feel the same way. Im not happy with this charge 3 fitbit. Wrong time has happened twice. I tried everything the rep did 2 days ago and its still showing the wrong time. What has fitbit done for unsatisfied customers. This is my second charge 3, 1st one was replaced because syncing issues.

nope my charge still doesn't work properly.
Fitbit customersupport is not supporting, still saying my phone is the problem.
my phone and charge 2 worked properly.

5/12/2020. My charge 3 is not syncing either. This is my 3rd fitbit replacement. I would get the same answer it was my phone. NOT!
