Charge 3 wrist strap falls off

I took my strap off and it will not fix back on. Can I get this fault repaired anywhere ?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your Charge 3 band. I understand your concern and I am here to help. Before considering other options, I recommend confirming the steps to attach a band at How do I change the band on my Fitbit device? 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit device is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update my Fitbit device?

I had the same problem.  The switch (that you press on to get the strap off) got stuck in the down position.  I washed it and had to use a small flat screw driver to bring it back up.  This is the second time it has gotten stuck.  I think it's a design flaw.
