Charge 3 wristbands broke

Both sides of the wristbands snapped overnight while I slept.  Is/are the wristband covered under the warranty?  They are the bands that came with the device when I bought it.

Replacement wristbands are pretty inexpensive on amazon, ebay etc. So if they don't cover them at least you could get a replacement!

Hi,

My wristband also broke on both sides today. I have tried to claim a new website but I get stuck on the type claim segment where I have to refresh the website (refreshing does not get met further). Can you connet me to the support team as well?

Best,

Ruben

Hey,

I don't remember exactly how I got through to them but I went to the main
website (fitbit.com) and scrolled down past all of the ads to the end.
There was a "help/customer service button and went in through there.

Goodluck!
