I've have 2 daily alarms set on the Charge 4 and there have been multiple occasions that the alarms do not go off. Also, when I select the alarm app on the Charge 4, it freezes and restarts. My FitBit Android app is updated and I have restarted the Charge 4 multiple times. Please fix this!

Is there a solution for this? This is such a frustrating issue and as usual Fitbit support is abysmal.
