Ever since the latest update to 3.60 about a week ago, my Charge 4 no longer provides “reminders to move” on the hour (if I haven’t gotten in at least 250 steps). All other vibration alerts work (alarms, timers, interval workouts, etc). The “reminder to move” button is on. I have contacted customer support twice on this and neither time has the problem been fixed. I am beginning to wonder if the new 3.60 update is the problem and, if so, thought to ask this forum to see if others have experienced the same malfunction.

Same for me. Drives me nuts missing my steps because I'm busy and forget.

Drives me nuts, too! I have just been on the live chat for longer than I care to admit, but the customer service person I worked with seemed knowledgeable. We went through all the recommended steps. Nothing worked. Now the issue is going to another team to see if there is a resolution. BTW, does your Fitbit also show the “lost Bluetooth pairing” error notice a lot? Mine does and I mentioned it to customer service to see if there is a connection (pardon the pun!). We’ll see.

Since a few months, my Charge4 is not buzzing (vibrating) anymore when I hit 10000 steps.
It also does not buzz 10 minutes before the hour to remind me that I should do at least 250 steps per hour.
The settings in my app are correct (10000 steps- reminders between 9:00 and 19:00). I did work properly some time ago.
The Charge4 is still vibrating with the alarm. So it is not broken 😉
Is there maybe a setting that I accidentally changed?
I already did a soft reset.

Mine is doing the same thing. There is another post on here about the same thing as well and it looks like it may have something to do with an update that was done.

My “reminders to move” problem has been fixed! The reminders rearmed functioning with 24 hours of the matter being referred to another team. (See my second post above - the matter was referred after all the recommended actions were attempted but unsuccessful. So I recommend you contact Fitbit to see if you can get them to fix it remotely. Good luck.

Resetting my fitbit corrected my issues! I contacted Fitbit and they walked me through resetting it and turning my reminders off and then back on again and it fixed it!

I contacted Fitbit support through the chat feature this morning and they walked me through resetting my Fitbit. After I reset it they had me turn my reminders off and then back on again and it fixed my issues! I would suggest contacting them and having them help you. They were very helpful.
