Based on the plethora of others with the same problem, Fitbit must have a solution. My charge 4 plastic joint where the band connects to the tracker has broken. I've taken great care of my unit and was extremely disappointed as it fell off my wrist. I thought it was the band, but then the two small black plastic pieces fell out of my sleeve. My unit is 15 months old and now rendered inoperable based on what I've read in other threads. Fitbit, do you have a solution? Or am I going elsewhere for a better made product? #disappointed
