I have the Charge 4 band problem - band won't stay in because plastic connectors broke.
Contacted support and sent photos - "Sorry out of warranty... but here, have a 35% discount".
This sounds like it is a design defect that is happening to a lot of people.
Fitbit should stand behind design defects even if the standard warranty is up.
