My watch is saying it’s charged to 100% after charging all night, I wear it for an hour and it’s back to 4% and turning off. This has happened the last 2 days.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried.

This is happening to lots of people unfortunately; seems like some update has tanked the battery life of Charge 4s and 5s (at least what I'm seeing and hearing) and all you get is a discount code to get a new one when everything worked just fine until the update happened. Rather than the battery not charging, the battery is draining at a ridiculous rate.
