Charge 4 - Black Screen

Charge 4 is on as it vibrates and green light is on but screen is black. Have tried to reboot but screen remains black. Unpaired it from my phone and have tried to pair it again but since the screen is black I can’t see the number to pair it.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Charge 5 has a black screen and was unpaired from your phone. 

I suggest you to contact support, as they have more tools in order to find your options.
