Charge 4 - Broken glass

Hi!

My Charge4 glass is Broken, where and/or can I get to change it?

I like it a lot but I would not buy a new charge 4, and a charge 5, nope! Then there is the possebillity that I'll by the Charge 6, do you know when it is coming!? 🤔

Hi @MCch4  there are no repairs for these devices. Some people who had the band issue with the Charge 4 bought an all in one band that covered completely the Fitbit. Might it work to cover your device and protect it since the screen broke? Is it still working? It could be a way to keep your Charge 4 going until you find the right style of Fitbit to suit you. The Charge 6? Since the Charge 5 is the newest and it hasn't been all that long, it would seem reasonable that the Charge 6 would be 2023 or later, if at all.
